Protein Intake
Ok guys,
I have been reading that your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein at a time. So for instance, when I come home from the gym and make my protein shake (taking a 600 cal, 52 g protein, 80 g carbs per serving shake) Am I wasting it by drinking it all at once? Should I just drink half when I get home and the other before sleep? And how does that affect the protein I get from dinner? What do you guys recommend, dont wanna be wasting my money and protein down the pooper.
