This year i will be organizing this years Annual Long island BBQ meet,
I will be holding the meet at Captree This year instead of OBI since Captree has on site BBQ grills and a beach and Volley-ball net and sand, boardwalk, restrooms, and all the good stuff. there is a $6 entrance Fee to let u know, most of your should remember last years mid summer meet,
Its a BYOS meet everyone, So i'm going to need people to bring stuff, like usual, We need people to bring soda, hotdogs, burgers, charcoal, grills, water, beers, plates, coolers, Lumpias Ahem Ahem Flippy,etc.
- The Pre-Meet: There will be no pre-meet this year because of the date changed everyone was asking for since the meet is held on a Saturday.
But we will at meet at greggs house before 11:30 sharp prefer 10:30-11:00

i Will be trying to find us a Spot Close to the cars on the beach,

Frank and i Went to captree and Took pics of the Route to get to the parking lot,
its the same route to OBI( just keep going pass OBI till the End.
It's basically after the entree point the Road splits and you take the Right side and boom theres the parking lot, look for my car and lets all park as close together as possible,

OK heres the picture Directions to Captree for those that don't remember.
keep going east on ocean parkway till the very end, you will see the entrance to captree island park. Pay the $6 fare and follow the instructions.
1: Pay the Entry fee and keep to the right
2: keep to the right for the picnic area.
3: Go around the bend till you see the parking lot.
4: Park the car as close as possible to the cars and head over to the beach pass the bathrooms
5: The Beach and Picnic Areas.
6: the Boardwalk and Fishing Area
