iirc if its within the last 4-5 years and has the energystar, a soft power button, and supports things like suspend, sleep, or spinning the drives down, then its compliant. the only boards i've seen that werent were some OLD socket 7s,8's, 486's, etc. they all were AT boards, my old P2 board from a gateway was APCI,
