Okay so i got a center section thats in good shape. BUT

the C ring on the old one is rusted to hell!!!!

I soaked it with PB blaster which was the best anit rust liquid i could find but that shit wont budge. Plus the best c ring pliers i could find are lame for this job. Being that the ring on the compressor is about 3 or 4 times as large as for an SSQV,they barely applied a sufficient amount of force for the BOV's c ring.

So i need some suggestions. Where to get some MEAN anit rust liquid and Like some industrial strenth C ring pliers.
