Yeah. It's been so long since I've actually "worked out" worked out that I totally failed and got all thirsty and chugged some water about halfway through. Needless to say i was pretty useless for about the last 20 minutes.
It's gonna be tough to get back into a routine but I plan to get serious about being healthy this time. All my family is really helping out now, like no more fast food for dinner and cutting back on the fried stuff. I think it's the little things like that are gonna help. And as of today I am 2 weeks without a Pepsi

I do miss them though
