Congrats man. I've lost 40 lbs since January 08, it feels really good. I hope you stick to it. I've been using fitday for the last couple days and the thing is great. Like said above try not to drop calories to fast. For cardio, I've been doing HIIT at the track. I stepped up the intensity yesterday pretty good, I almost puked. You should do some research on the Guerilla Cardio Workout or HIIT two very good cardio exercises. I'm doing some research on HST weightlifting program also looks like a pretty good program. It primarily focuses on compound lift and little bit of isolation lifts. Good Luck man.
