Yeah, play the wait game. I assume since you made a counter offer on the car that it doesn't show signs of an accident (and don't go by Carfax, not all states report accidents to them)?

Believe me, at every dealer, there is always a few hundred dollars worth of room. If they want the business, they will call you.
