Yes you can potentially win all 3. Yes you can overall have a better looking change and not have lost the most weight. I.e. someone who diets and trains properly should/will look better than someone who crash diets just to lose weight. I think these 3 catagories will inspire people to put in a better effort.
Postings
Like stated above it will be required 2x per month. HAVE to have pictures and weight. You will also be required to make a journal entry. Think of your thread as your diary. Post anything. if you had a slip up week, kicked ass in the gym, changed your diet, etc...
To make sure that pics are current and accurate there will be a security word each posting period. I will do my best to PM everyone with it....but you will need to check a special thread which i will create that will have that word posted each period.
~For example if the word for the end of the month posting period is "Apple"...then you will have to have that word written on paper and displayed in your pictures.
