Ceyhun, you'd be modifying tables such as those of fuel, timing, and fuel enrichment. There's a guide in the performance section of the garage to get you started. I wouldn't recommend diving in and changing values if you are unsure of what you are doing. If you are interested, I've got a base map for sale to get you started. You'll have an idea where to go from there by making minor adjustments to get optimum performance out of your vehicle. Pm me if interested in the file.
