On a sidenote, I doubt those radiator brackets will make it to production. The costs to produce them the way I would be satisfied are just to high. But no worries, this car comes with a kickass set already installed.

I could buy 499 of those and still lose. And yet I'm going to buy a ticket anyway.

Just for clarification...

Each order of raffle ticket(s) made will be mailed out to entrants. You'll receive a confirmation letter outlining your entry and participation on letterhead as well as the actual raffle ticket itself numerically ordered. Prior to mailing, each ticket has a barcode which is scanned into a database for tracking as well as the smaller retainer stub is kept for the drawing.

Since only 500 tickets are being sold, the odds of winning are fixed. With that said, I would encourage ALL entrants to pass the word to as many interested people as possible. The faster all the tickets are sold - the sooner the grand prize winner takes the keys home to this car.

If the winner is not local would you arrange delivery and cover it? Or will the winner have to pay for delivery of the car?

The answer is in the "Terms and Conditions"

I think $50, because when you pay tax for a vehicle you pay taxes for the amount purchased not how much the vehicle is woth. I belive all you need is documented proof of your purchase being for $50.

As far as DMV, whatever you paid for the car.
As far as IRS, tax will be based on the value of the winnings which in this case would be 25k (As if you won 25k and turned around and bought the car)

Your neighbor is wrong.

Let's say you have a title in your hand, the car has a APPRAISED VALUE of $15,000, however, you sell it for $10,000- you pay sales tax on the purchase price.

Win the car for $50, part it out for thousands... or, flip it for profit.

Look at the details.... it says how many is in stock....

Goodluck steve! One question though -- how will the winning ticket be drawn? You going to get your hand on one of those big bingo type spinning buckets? Will there be an audience?

The GT model doesnt cost much more to ensure than the 4cyl for our car so it wouldn't be bad. The insurance agency doesn't know that this car is supercharged therefore you aren't going to pay more for it. Unless you wanted to pay for insurance on aftermarket parts for you car. All the insurance agency knows is that this car is a Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 and basically anything you can get out of a carfax report.

Ignore that, I can't get rid of it on the options. You're just buying a ticket, which is mailed out via flat rate.

It won't go for months, not at this rate. I'm advertising across 20+ websites, locally, etc. The drawing will take place once the 500th ticket is sold.

Because I'm replacing the car with a NSX or a 335, I haven't decided. Regardless, I can only have the same car in place to promote a company for so long until I need to change the front line image for more effective and fresh marketing.

It's actually amazing on how fast these things are selling. It's only been 12 hours and I've already sold 5% of the raffle tickets.

A few dozen and its been less than 24 hours. I don't suggest waiting, because I can't predict how fast these are moving, they come in surges.

Yes. The drawing will be done in a controlled environment, witnessed, etc and/or recorded. Trust me, I'm complying with VERY strict state regulations to do this and I consulted with my lawyer to make sure its handled correctly.

I've been missing my 3G lately. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. Though this isn't a spyder like mine was and has WAY more done than mine did, I sure wouldn't mind taking care of it for you. I bought a raffle ticket.

To everyone entering, good luck!
