Mystery Part Identification Help

So i thought I'd labeled and accounted for everything, then this little guy fell out of nowhere when I reinstalling a motor mount . Intake/exhaust manifolds are off the car, but I don't remember removing this thing. Anyone know where it goes? Car is a '04 GTS

This is just a shot in the dark so don't listen to me, I just wanna see if I was close. When we did my timing belt I saw that and I think it came off one of the timing belt pulleys

definitely a possibility as I took off the drive belts trying to get to the timing belt. Can't get the crankshaft pulley off yet tho.......

That sort of looks like the tensioner bolt for the A/C belt pulley. If not hat one, then the tensioner bolt for one of the other ones.
