Exhaust w/header Vid Clips

I searched trying to find as much information as possible on a good exhaust/header combo for us 4cyl guys. I found some vidoe clips but couldn't find anything with EVO2 and RPW or DC header. Just from searching around for a past week I came across a lot of members with the same problem I have. Where are the review on RPW/RIPP/DC header with different cat-back systems.

If members could post vidoe clips of their Exhaust/header set ups I am sure it would help out me and a lot of other member out there who are still undecided on what to get.

P.S. As of right now I am pretty much set up on getting EVO2 for the way it sounds and looks on the car. Although I only heard few members stating that EVO2 with any header has a bunch of rasp

NONE ARE MINE! Search eclipse header in YOUTUBE. They have lots. I dont know about the specific you are lookin for though. But these may give you an idea!

My Shit:

Friend shot both vids and apparently he's dumber than the camera. Or maybe its just my computer that makes the sounds fade out when he zooms in. Fucking moron.

Invidia with CMF header sounds good but I dont want to go higher than 2.5 on the cat-back. Other videos uses Stock exhaust and OBX header and everyone knows that OBX is crap for our cars.

I'm wondering the same. I don't hate, I appreciate ideas/criticism.

Any ideas at all to reduce the raspiness? Resonator, new muffler, high flow cat, etc? Specific mufflers, if any that would help/change it?

Damn wannabe V-Tec shits.

I have obx header with tanabe medallion concept g exhaust. The obx header isn't that bad imo(you just have to make sure you have no leaks and have tight seals between the head and midpipe) and megan makes a header with similar a design. But if i had the chance i'd definately get either a cmf or dc header. Also i have no cats. Took it off when i installed the exhaust. The tanabe's diameter is roughly 2.35 inches/60mm, which is very good for n/a 4 cylinder, and no rasp. There's a deep consistent tone in mine, and when going 75mph on highway it's not too loud at all. Also not sure if it was just me or w/e, but on certain nights when the air was cool, my exhaust was louder than usual. Hope that helps. There's a vid on my members ride page wit the tanabe exahust and stock header.

Yea from the review of OBX and CMf and I am keeping myself as far as possible from those products. Since I do AutoX/ and will be doing track events I need as much power coming out of the corner as possible. By saying this I mean I need as much HP i can get from Header/Cat/EVO Reflash/Intake manifol set up. As of right now i am getting RPW header since it seems like its the best one out there for our underpowered GS

I have RPW shorties with an Invidia. I also welded on an additional magnaflow muffler and HFC. I have 0 rasp and it sounds so great not super loud and just a tad louder then stock. I dont have a camera that could take digital videos that actually come out good so I cant get you a video.

Im a v6'er though.

My suggestions for the gs would be RPW and Greddy Tic or whatever it is.

V6 GTS with HyTech Headers, Greddy Evo2 with resonator replaced with a Flowmaster Hushpower2, and the Ripp SDS with a 8" bellmouth.

away i guess lol.he has had the sds for a few months now.Its just for his show though mainly no real boost cus well he has a GTS.
