Busted ps bolts in block

There's nothing protruding from the block, what's the best way to get them out? I tried drilling them out but the bit wouldn't bite, are there specific bits to get these bolts out?

Titanium carbide bits. You need to use a center punch to make sure the bit doesn't walk. You either need a hole big enough to try and use an easy out or you will be completely drilling it out and retapping those holes.

I ended up picking up a set of screw extractors that have the reverse tap on em. Once I drilled em and got the tap in they came out with my fingers, goes to show you why they broke. Im lucky it was the ps pump bc there's not a whole lot of other spots on the engine that would allow me to fit a drill there
