Guys,

Breaking up that clusterfark of a 4G Discussion thread has proven to be a pain. I'm at a bit of an impasse on how else to further break it down. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Also, what kind of content would you guys like to see in here? I'll be happy to entertain and foster any suggestions on information stickies, guidelines, etc. that you may have. Remember, this site is for you guys, the Mod/Admin staff is just here mostly to accomodate y'all

Why not just make a 4G section with it's own forums?

That's what this is. We're not planning to go overboard with 4G, we're merely attmpting to expand our userbase and welcome the new Eclipse crowd. We are still C3G at heart. But, this is also most definitely an alternative to the r1c3 b01 club4g.com site run by the .org administration.

Well... I dunno how this will fit in the admins' goals, K, but you could try to break this forum down into smaller pieces too. I'd say the more general groupings would be S&S, Perf, and electronics. Pretty much what we started out with when we were the.org/

You could also try to delegate some current tasks temporarily to some people, though I'm not sure how this vBB system works with user permissions. Your call, but assigning mods to each specific subforum may be too early since this is a still a startup little section that has yet to get more traffic.

You folks are awesome!

Maybe later, eh? This forum still has only maybe three active threads at a time--I haven't seen much yet that warrants branching it out more than this. If this forum picks up more traffic, I'll be the admin team could be approached on the topic again.

Consider the fact that you'd be diluting the amount of views each individual 4G forum would receive, as opposed to the amount of views you get with the one big forum approach.

This is still a small community and it's not hard to grow things as needed in the future.

One could say that we currently HAVE executed a good plan, as we've done many times in the past for Club3G.
