The day she went over 100k, she died
Sitting out in the car on break at work, looked down and noticed I joined the 100k club! Woot! Never had a major issue with her. On my way home picked up some Mickey D's, all I remember was taking my left turn then BOOM! head on collision, don't really remember what happened at the time.The accident literally happened 15 ft away from my dorm lot. I have eyewitnesses that said she was hauling some serious arse but it looks like Im going to be charged with failure to yield. Everyone was okay, police estimated it at $3000 of damage but it looks like it will most likely be totaled. She pushed my car pretty far Was getting ready to sell her and get an Srt 4 but it looks like insurance is going to skyrocket and I wont be able to afford full coverage but who knows. I have never been involved in an accident or had a moving violation in my 3 years of driving. Hope I dont get SR-22 or have my insurance double in price. Yikes!

Sorry to hear. Seems really common that accidents happen closest to home. If it was possible to estimate her speed you might be able to get a percentage of the blame to be put on her, but not most of it.

At least your alright buddy. The car really doesnt matter in my opinion. $3000 worth of damage is better than $500,000 in medical care. At least your not in a coma, suffer any brain damage, paralyzed, or worst dead!
I definitley feel you about the 100k mile club and the fact you got micked D's but probaly never ate it. LOL  At least your not hurt my friend.
