It has come to my attention that people are not happy with the level of support they are getting for issues that only effect them. We have almost 10,000 users that use these forums and issues that effect large numbers of them that our moderator and admin team work to support. We are not your personal tech support team to help you troubleshoot your personal tech issues. We will do what we can to support you, but it is YOUR responsibility to fix your individual issues, not us. Thank you for understanding.
