...hacking an xbox live account??

I know earlier this was happening... but how hard is it?? Or likely??

I only ask because this guy today, who sounded a bit older, threatened me and said my account would be his by tomorrow. I've heard idiots say this crap before and it's all talk, but this guy was a little more threatening... But should i even worry? The only way to grab my account would be to have my live id and pass right??

f halo, i was playing cod. Joined these two guys team and they blamed losing on me. So I of course retaliated, making fun of their horrible ratio and asking if that was my fault too. This guy was just so calm about it... It was weird.

My first experience playing online games like that was Halo 3. It's not even enjoyable. The other guys are either so good that it isn't fun, or they are little bratty teenagers who suck and talk shit the whole time.

I only get on and play in groups with my friends now.

slightly paranoid now, turned on my xbox 360 this morning and couldn't get into live. when i try testing my connection it fails at mtu (mind you i was playing all lastnight) i even tried connecting directly to my modem, same thing failed each time.

Reason i say im paranoid is because not only did he threaten my account, also said he would shut my down completely from getting online. Could be a coincidence, but still doesn't sit well

I'll say most of these guys are just talking crap. At most, they found some website that shows all the user account names and passwords, proceeded to call customer support and have the account turned off. They'll need more than just your acc/pw to do anything. Plus, I'll give them credit if they some how got your info from customer support. My brother called to cancel his subscription and boy if I couldn't understand a damn word they said.

My rep is slowly going to avoided thanks to COD.

I didn't know quietly kicking ass was unsporting conduct.

the post game lobby is the best, thats where the people that can't take losing instantly turn into 10 yr olds with the ''your mama'' rants.

i am looking forward to the group chats thats being added to xbox that way the entire party can be a private chat and i dont have to listen to the children bitch and moan

great that you say "your mama" because we hear that ALL the time. Seriously the complaining in cod is amazing. Old and young too. My friends and I are decent and definitely win more than lose, people love to freaking bitch. My friend is at 90% avoided, im around 70% and other guy is above 50% as well... ALL because we win, that's it. We never shit talk unless provoked, where we'll usually just play the repeater or something, haha.
