Ya...I tried to do it from memory and that didn't work out very well. I also don't remember what lights I had on either(I have 3 sets ceiling lights in my room). I DO know I had the window open so....
Next time will be better.

You're doing really well, but I don't think you're going to be able to reach your final goal. Perhaps what you should do is continue with what you are doing and perfect your diet. Then your new years resolution could be to stick with it (or something like that)...

I don't know. I mean, if I keep at the pace I am right now, with 14 weeks and a few days left before the new year I should be able to get to at least 200. 2 Pounds a week isn't too much of a loss, and when it starts to taper off I will just start working out more and drop a few hundred more calories out of the diet. One thing that does make me happy though.

Graphs make me happy. Especially when they slope downward

Ok, I am going to work but I promise there will be more later tonight

Ok. Fuck weekends. I have been busy as shit. But I am loading up the pictures from my camera right now. They were taken yesterday, as well as the weight, so it's 2 days late I guess, well, 3 days total. But whatever.

THANKS! The one thing I have personally noticed is that my face seems to be slimming out. Which is nice. Hopefully in the next few months I can get rid of the man boobs and belly pudge also.

Good job man, that is the first thing i noticed and its a very noticable change. Do me a favor and put a receptacle plate on that wall, and play me a song on that tiny guitar.

Lol. WTF is a receptacle plate. And the tiny guitar is actually an incense holder. I'll play you a song on one of the big ones though It's how I get all the ladies

The outlet cover. You have a cord plugged into the wall, and the outlet sides are exposed. It's a shock risk and not visually pleasing. Go spend the 29 cents on an outlet cover.

Oh. Lol. yeah. THe room is still "under construction". We had my dad's friend do the wiring of the room for us, since he is a certified electrician. Well, he's more like a certified fucktard. All the outlets are too far back into the wall so I have been slowly but surely getting everything fixed. That and I'm just lazy
