Total = 1005lbs

BTW all 1RM are based on 1RM calculations except bench
I would bet you can pull a good deal more than 325 off the floor, considering your other numbers. I'm 60-75lbs. shy of your bench and squat numbers and I pulled 365 x 3 a few weeks ago. If it's not a lift you do often, I bet you can get to 4 plates/side (405lbs) in a very short time period

I hurt my back a while back doing deads so I am a little gun shy about throwing the weight on. As I get back into it I am going to work deads on a redgular basis

Height: 5' 10"
weight: 209

Bench: 300

Wow, so i went over this thread (noticed this after Lunars post)...

I always assumed people could dead far more weight then squat. It seems as though the tally is 8 people who can squat more than they deadlift and 7 people who can deadlift more than they squat.

I guess maybe because people overlook deadlifts. Who knows. I will say for the 8 of you who are squatting more to start hitting deads. You should see all your numbers jump up big time. I mean the leg power is there to drive the weight up. You build up a stronger back and your squat numbers should sky rocket.

I just found all this interesting.

You are describing a power clean, your deadlift will be a higher weight.

My current totals

Bench: 230 x2
Squat: 285 x3
Deadlift: 375 x3

Using a 1-RM calculator, That puts me at a 936 total.

Form and strength on Bench are coming along nicely.
Deadlift is starting to plateau.
Squats are
