Yes you can potentially win all 3. Yes you can overall have a better looking change and not have lost the most weight. I.e. someone who diets and trains properly should/will look better than someone who crash diets just to lose weight. I think these 3 catagories will inspire people to put in a better effort.

Postings

Like stated above it will be required 2x per month. HAVE to have pictures and weight. You will also be required to make a journal entry. Think of your thread as your diary. Post anything. if you had a slip up week, kicked ass in the gym, changed your diet, etc...

To make sure that pics are current and accurate there will be a security word each posting period. I will do my best to PM everyone with it....but you will need to check a special thread which i will create that will have that word posted each period.
~For example if the word for the end of the month posting period is "Apple"...then you will have to have that word written on paper and displayed in your pictures.

Fee

Would be due by Oct 1st at the latest.

When is it going to start? I'm off the gym right now for a knee and foot injury...still haven't gone to the doctor to have it checked out

I am not losing weight either...trying to build. Thats why the overall winner is the one with the most visual change. We are going to set a paypal account up for this. Wait on that info.

We did $20 last time. I think it should increase from there, but maybe we should take a poll. With $20, 6 people finished out of 30+. I don't know if more money on the line will motivate people, but with 3 prizes, it could help?
