stupid question
Evr since I dropped from 230 to 208 I been staying at 208; however, I feel my clothing getting loose as weeks past and my strength going up. Is this a good thing to stay at a weight but still becoming smaller in size? Id like some input on what cam and others think.

Of course its a good thing. Who wouldnt want to lose fat while gaining strength at the same time?
Plenty of people would love to have that problem, I wouldnt worry about it in the least. |

Depends. What is your BF%? If you are eating right and going to the gym, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

This is usually what happens to me. My body weight does not change that much, but my composition does. I am guessing if you took before and after pics or used measurements you would see the difference

Need more info really. Have you been lifting? Just doing cardio? Hows the diet been?
Based off what you're saying i would imagine you are still shedding fat but your muscles are starting to develop do to weight training. How tall are you? Where is your bodyfat% at? |

BF% i have no idea.
5'7" I only really been doing lifting every day. Mon, Wen, Fri I add in about a mile of running to the end of my lifting. Meal one: two large eggs, onion, bell peppers, tomatos cooked on griddle Workout + creatine Two two: 6.25lb 90/10 meet, onion/bell pepper/tomato mix, can of diced tomato, and a can of green beans Meal three: large boneless chicken breast, onion/bell peppers/tomato mix, one small onion cut into slices, and italian dressing. |
