need a new way to get cut-up: HELP!
SO..I bulked up a little. and now would like to get more defined or as some people say shredded or ripped. i'v been dieting and doing cardio basically the question is what exactly do I eat for dieting so i know for sure.
I'm not sure what to eat for breakfast, I mean the typical eggs, yes but is there anymore? I just need the list of foods and good times to eat at. Breakfast...snack......lunch......snack.....dinner .......cottage cheese ![]() if you could help me out please help me it would be a great help. |
