Protein and Supplement Thread

Hey any of you that workout you should try this stuff. It's called Ultramet and it's the best stuff i've ever tasted.
Get the Vanilla

UltraMet Low-Carb - Vanilla Cream
Low Carbohydrate Meal Supplement

• Only 6g Carbs per serving!
• 35g of Protein
• Mixes Instantly! — No Blender Required
• Fat Mobilizing Formula
• Complete Array of Vitamins & Minerals
• Satisfies Longer
• Fiber & FOS

If you are seeking a complete low carbohydrate meal replacement, UltraMet Low-Carb is for you. It contains vital nutrition that your body needs in order to diet and stay healthy while holding carbohydrate to an absolute minimum.
Low-carb doesn’t have to mean high fat
Many people say that a low-carb diet means a high fat diet because some low-carb diets include irresponsible levels of unhealthy fats. UltraMet Low-Carb contains only 6.5 g of fat! This is a minimal amount and important for appetite control and health, particularly when you are trying to control your weight.
UltraMet Low Carb keeps you satisfied longer
The secret to sticking to your low-carb diet is to never feel hungry. The trouble with most low-carb diet supplements is that they don’t keep you full until your next meal. UltraMet Low-Carb contains up to 10 grams more protein per serving than other low-carb meal supplements. You’ll breeze through to your next meal without cheating.
Higher protein protects your precious muscle
Fact: Muscle is what burns fat. If you run short of protein on your low-carb diet, your body will begin to consume your muscles for energy. Your metabolism will slow down. The extra high quality protein and amino acids in UltraMet Low-Carb help to protect your muscles and keep your metabolism going strong so you can burn fat and stay strong.
Your body wants fiber and FOS
Fact: Low-carb diets don’t include much fruit. UltraMet Low-Carb contains soluble fiber, like that found in fruit, and is the only product of its kind to contain FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), which aid in digestion.
Fat mobilizing formula
Fact: Excess carbohydrates in your diet will convert into fat. UltraMet's low-carb fat fighting formula helps you burn existing fat stores while also reducing the conversion of carbs into fat.
Perfect for anyone with a desire to excel
Whether you are a serious athlete trying to improve your lean body mass, or a busy mother trying to eat better and reduce body fat, UltraMet Low-Carb fulfills all your requirements for a lasting, satisfying, high protein meal supplement that tastes great.
Only quality ingredients
Champion Nutrition has a twenty year reputation for uncompromising quality and innovation. Our whey, and milk proteins come with health certificates form inspected American cows. Our ingredients are processed with minimum heat so you get thehighest bio-availability. Each ingredient is chosen after a careful review of quality and safety.

Supplements / stacks

what are you using and why? what have your gains been? would you recommend the product to others?

The only thing I am currently using is Ephedrine + caffine. It work wonders but must be used in moderation and on a strict schedule

Usually just protein and creatine. I'm about to start a bulking cycle again and am going to try something called "On Cycle", its pretty much the best thing left after the recent ban of all prohormones. We'll see how it works.

To cut up I use Vasopro (ephedra) and Lipo-6. That combo takes me from ~10% body fat to around 6% in 3-4 weeks

My current stack is ZMA, Ecdysterone, and Flavones (Methoxyisoflavone and Ipriflavone). Of course, I eat lots of protein, as well.

I tried a 1-AD/5-AD stack before, and, although it worked really well, I'm still hesitant of prohomones.

im NOT a believer in supplements. the only thing i do is diet properly and use protien shakes. the rest of those things are crap and you have no idea of what side effects may occur. i did use creatine when i was younger and paid the price with 3 kidney surguries and about 4 months out of the gym recovering. I got big off of it, but after the time off for recovery i was in worse shape than before i took it. if your gonna piss money away and risk the possible health problems just use steriods. may not be the best advice, but you know they work, and you know the health risk involved.
For me i stay natural and diet, thats all.

Usually just protein, glutamine and some trace minerals and vitamins. I have cycled creatine, HMB and CLA from time to time. The key to success is all in your diet and workout plan.

exactly. i think protien and glutamine and a good vitamin are beneficial. the rest i dont feel do anything to help. creatine when heavily abused gives results. the rest is a placebo effect.

I was on xenadrine before they made the ephedra free formula. I'm not on anything right now. That was my favorite. I haven't found anything I liked since. Hydroxycut sucked because you had to take so many.

I'm still looking for a good product.
