So I recently enrolled in college! Right now I'm going after a assoiciates degree in administrative, but planning on a bachelors. Is it really worth it? The only reason I'm scared is I already like the job im at, have plenty of time off and make 50k a year. motivation?

Hard to say. For me personally, having an IT degree does absolutely nothing for me and I work in government IT.

Sometimes I think I wasted my time with it, but I still have no regrets getting it. Plus Uncle Sam paid for it.

A degree will come in handy early in your career but then experience becomes much more important.

To answer your question, you definitely can't hurt your future by getting one.

Companies are getting more selective and are requiring the 4 year degree more often or for advancement. Get it over with now. 50k/year really isn't all that much.
