yea, i'm pinoy all the way. i still even have the accent. which i like btw. as to attractions or places, ZERO! we have a little org around the metro, but i don't really go. -they call it barangay and a basketball league, between here and ohio.
i eat pinoy dishes like everyday, kinds good, cause when i get sick of it, i switch to american or teh buritos. -got to love the diversity here.

and btw. bibingka is not purple, there is another stuff that is purple and usually associated with bibingka, but i forgot the name. bibingka is like pancakes made piplino style with banana leaf and coconut instead of syrup.

bibingka is like a sticky rice and its color brown. i think the purple one you guys referring to is the sapin-sapin. and YES we do have Jollibees around here, and yes we got balots here and can be bought in seafood city or i forgot the other filipino supermarket

Dinuguan- i hope you guys know whats that made up of. i stopped eating it when i learned english and realized why they called it that.

Here in NJ, there is a filip resturant/groccery store in union. Actually, two of them. one is called kasa manila and the other is "baby's"
