I had to go to work
I know how the whole procedure is supposed to go. I just don't have the equipment (budget) to do it myself. That's part of the problem of working six days a week I'm afraid. ![]() I'm glad now that I bought the full ESP 2G kit now too; even though I knew (thought) I wouldn't use most of it. It saved having to wait and pay stupid money for shipping again. That's for sure.

Hey bud, I check all my bushings today and theyre good to go. I checked them out visually and felt them. However my rear kit is even on both sides.
Proof, driver side: ![]() ![]() ![]() Passenger side ![]() ![]() ![]() It really is a matter of the alignment being done right. Sorry you got screwed but glad it worked out for you in the end. |

It's a Steering wheel from a 2007 Outlander. It looks and feels SOOOOOOOO good in there.
![]() Believe it or not it is 1/4" smaller diameter than the stock one. Bigger vehicle, smaller wheel....go figure .And before anyone asks; YES all the wheel controls work as they should (now). PS: If many others are interested, I could probably piece together a proper "how to". If nobody much cares, then I won't. (pm or post if you're interested) |

It was a really nice day at the Canadian Mitsubishi Owner's Day (local) today. Slightly overcast and not too toasty. I still got a nasty sunburn, but to make up for that I also got THIS:

They're Heeeeeerrrrrrrrre!
![]() Soon they will be stripped down and re-coated, then installed. (see my poll if you have an opinion) I'm hoping that I should be able to get that done within the next month or so. |

In the mean-time:
I thought that I would slap this together before the next big show this Saturday. New Aluminum Radiator: ![]() New Mishimoto coolers for the transmission and power steering (because i removed the OE tube for the fans): ![]() The Mishimoto Installed: ![]() And the coolers shoe-horned in there for good measure: ![]() Not too bad for a few hours work.

Yup. I wanted to fit the hot side and get that all done, but still can't quite figure how I'm going to finish the cold side. All that's there right now is the turbine scroll. The compressor section is sitting on a shelf right now. It does look a bit weird, but it does the job until I can come up with some ingenious solution.

It is pretty nice. It's freakin' HUGE though. I think it's a bit thicker than the OE, although I didn't think to actually measure it. The reason I say it's huge is because I put a substantially larger amount of coolant back in, than I took out.
I got all the Mishimoto stuff from Joe (JM), he had a good price and was pretty speedy on the shipping too.

Just finished up re-doing the upholstery on the back seats. It looks SOOOOOOO good in person; way nicer than the "dye". I decided to go "super squishy" on the insets this time by using a full 1/2" scrim foam rather than the OE 3/16". Soft and plush
. I can hardly wait to tear into the front seats. ![]() Side to side comparison: ![]() Just freshly stitched, before I "relax" the material: ![]() Installed:

I was actually rather displeased with the dye. It was supposed to be "all that", but it really wasn't. Just a glorified rubberized paint. The back seats actually started peeling off after the second person sat in them, which is why those were done first. The fronts aren't peeling, but they are wearing through rather quickly and turning back to blue. It worked well on the door panels, but for anything in higher wear areas I would have to say "don't waste your time". There is better products out there for the professional guys I'm sure, but I don't have access to any of them.
Besides, I really like the soft and fuzzy suede look better anyway.

Ya. If you look on post #188 you'll see (just barely) where I did the armrest portions only. Just masked them off cleaned and sprayed. You should be able to pick the stuff up at just about any Auto Parts Store. I used the Duplicolor Vinyl Color, but I heard that the VHT is slightly better.
