Congrats on joining the lowered club!
Looks good. Not loving the green and purple as I don't see it relate to anything else, but otherwise I love the car!People rarely notice my R/T being lowered probably because of my only subtle modifications so far

Haha, I'm not too sure about the purple either, the box I got showed it being much darker. I was trying to get it to match my d2's and purple lug nuts for when I get my new wheels. It was not meant to go with the green. |

I ordered some tinted film today actually
![]() I like the look of the clear lenses a lot more than the frosted and I'm worried about messing that up if I niteshaded them. I've recently gotten a lot of practice with films on my headlights and mirrors and it's really easy and turns out great! |

Thanks!! ![]() I forgot to add these the other day. I drive a lot at night and am constantly being blinded by my side mirrors. So I tinted them! I went with blue because I noticed a lot of other cars with auto tinting glass go to a navy blue/light blue color, so I figured there was a good reason behind it. I bought the tint vinyl on eBay for like $8 and I like the results, other than I cracked my pass side mirror putting it back on. anyway, on with the pictures!Stock: ![]() Stock on left, tinted on right: ![]() Passenger side dirty window up: ![]() Driver's side window down:

Are you lowered to the fullest in the front? Mine is maxed in the front and I still got a bit of gap. We both have the same problem, I need to get my rear fenders rolled, these fenders are pretty damn thick :lol

I think I need to lower the rear a lil, but the damn fenders are in the way
.We both need new wheels I also like the look of the xxr 962 but white or gunmetal would suit me better, maybe gold. You're gonna rock that gold if you get em

How close are the coilovers to the CV boots? Mine are pretty much as low as they can go without it rubbing on them. Yours might just be a little lower than mine since you have smaller wheels and thicker tires.

If you measure from one side of the tire to the other, they should come up with be close to the same, unless you're running an 18" wheel with size 2xx 50 18 tires. I'm not rubbing the CV boot, did the install with a friend and his dad personally. I rubbed the hell out of that black box though,

I wasn't sure about that wheel and caliper color combo at first, but it's grown on me, pretty neat looking with the black body. Not a fan of the eyelids, but I don't like them in general so it's not just yours. Love the blue tint on the side mirrors, looks nice! Tinted tails are a big improvement. You have a nice ride all in all.
Now that I think about it, your wheels and calipers remind me of The Incredible Hulk haha. Last edited by JaxGator; 07/18/2012 at 09:53 PM. |

that monster can picture, I was on an incline with the front end at the top..You should do yellow, because you have yellow film on your fogs, and if you have any of it left over, that is probably the same stuff I used, just headlight tint film/vinyl. I'm looking at all these wheels, and the only thing thats bothering me about the 962's is that I'm afraid the design of the wheels with such a crazy lip are going to look small. Kind of like how the Rota SSR Sp1's look. The double decker(ish) style lip makes the whole thing look much smaller than it really is (to me anyway). Example: ![]() I"m in no hurry to get new wheels, my tires are great, and I got them for free, so its whatever, I don't need to save them for any special reason. I've been looking for days at tons of different wheels and have found these XXR 530's to be to my liking: Again they would be in gold, because gold/black looks sexy. I love how concave they are! Anyway, if someone with better ps skills than my own finds themselves bored, I'd be very appreciative if I could have a looksie at my car with the 530's on it, any picture would suffice, as long as I can see the wheels nicely, and preferably one from after my drop
