Well one of my pics of my headlights didn't show up, There's two nighttime pics and the rings look blue in one pic and white in the one you can see. They also look like it has green chrome housing in that pic you see. Just wanted to clear things up is all

I'll try to get it again....

Also, the headlights in the pic still have the film over them!

agreed, and i have the same lights!! they look ok but night driving sucks compared to stock ones.

Any sign supply shop can help you out for cheap... I think you can get about 2sqft for a few dollars.

 

loving the wheels, cant wait to see how it looks on the car, especially after you lower it, and ive always been into the blacked out eclipses, never have been a fan of chrome

Yeah, after I get the wheels on later today I'm going to the sign shop around here to check out the black vinyl. Any ideas on how low I should drop it? Roads aren't amazing here but it's not terrible.

Depending on prices, I'm using my tires from the stock rims to out on the new ones but I might sell the stock rims if I get the right price, pm me about it.

 

Not feelin the chrome lights either. The wheels look good. And don't blame the Iphone for you not rotating your pictures.

I did rotate them when I loaded them to my computer, for some reason they uploaded here turned.

 

Black 3g ftw. Nice wheel choice just try to keep it clean .

 

Black Rims = Black Housing Headlights.. Just my opinion

But this is a nice clean car and the wheels look nice

i have them in black but havent installed them yet..

The black and red wires, you want to wire them into your parking lights. I don't remember why colors I spliced
them with but you have to connect the ground to the blinker ground, then the red with te CONSTANT power 12v line. If you put it in the blinker your halos will flash along with it. If you do it like that you can turn the halos on without the headlights like I have in one of my pics.

And about the taillights, they're gettin replaced with black altezza LED's and fully nightshaded along with the white park of the reverse lens, no more chrome for me. I'll be looking at vinyl for my headlight's eyelids probably Monday or so.

Also a little setback, I couldn't get the rims put on today but I might be able to do them in the morning. I'll put pics up ASAP! Also thanks everyone for the complements!

Had a progect grad car show today, I took a few pics of the student's line where I was in. here they are!

While everyone else was out winning trophies and such this is what I won!

The show went pretty good, out of my group, the Lightning got first, Celica second, and Del Sol third. I was fourth, but I got the better deal being a small but somewhat expensive wrench set from Craftsman!

 

The Lightning won? Wtf

 

Well it was only out of the students, 5 cars, and its supercharged and all. The Celica has a cheap paint job, a fake carbon fiber wrapped hood and 18'' wheels. The Del Sol had wheels and some performance mods. My car is pretty much completely stock. There was also an old beat up neon that looked like it should be in a demolition derby, I didn't feel the need to take a pic of that disgusting thing.

 

$30 wrench set ftw!
