Congrats and Welcome, nice and clean!
I would say before you get into modding it (if thats in your plans) get up on the maintenance first, so engine/tranny oil, belts, hoses and of course motor mounts! Whats on your list for future mods, cause you know some wheels and drop are needed? Aside from that swap out those stock tails, turns and reverse lights.

After I was thinking a front strut bar, some new headers, sub, amp, better brakes when I need them (I think I'm gonna need rotors soon), and afterwards I'll work on keeping her as clean as possible. Nothing too crazy like a turbo or anything - I'll wait for a WRX after college lol. And if i decide not to drop it. I'll see how it looks with gloss plastidip for the wheels and if I don't like it, I'll just rip it off lol the kid with the Saab 9-3 did it for me

Future mods of a 2" drop and 18s sound good. I wouldn't worry about cracking your front bumper as long as you drive carefully. Clean stocker though

You guys are flaming me for the stickers.. come on now lol I just wanted to make it look a little different. I'm gonna change my car around from time to time so I'm gonna end up shying away from the whole sticker thing anyway. As soon as I find some 17's or 18's ill do that.

Tinted headlights, not a good idea. If you really want black style headlights, it would be a good idea to invest in some Sonars or Depos with black housing. That's what most people have done.

I've tinted my old own headlights for car shows we have in town, there's no way on earth you can see good. 8000k doesn't put out more light than a regular halogen bulb, please get new headlights For your safety.
