I don't like it. I think the 00-02 stock tails are better than the 03-04's. And the carbon fiber interior I hate.

i think the carbon fiber is the least ricey inteior mod u could probably have. You can tell hes going for the motor next by his first mods like the short throw and things. You watch his next move will be a cai. lets hope lol

Iceman - Those gauges you put in the vents, were they a perfect fit or did you have to break out the Drimmel?

Well, when you pull the vents out and take the fins out...There are two little piecs of plastic on the sides (that hold the fins in). I just had to round them a bit and the guages fit right in and it was a good tight fit!

that was all there is to it. Now, don't go copy'n it.

I like everything accept for the 4pt harness's. Kind of unnecessary in an eclipse imo. Also since the shoulder harness's dont appear to be mounted right you run the risk of compressing your spine if you ever get into an accident.

That wasn't my idea!! I was painting my Strut Tower Bar and my brother had the idea, to paint the heat shield.... It doesn't matter, when I get my headers it will be gone anyway.

The 3 points were installed for comfort, along with safety. I know that they are not needed in our cars, since a lot of our cars (mine included) will prob never brake the 10 sec mark. When I baught the car I could not get comfortable with the OEM belt....kept rubbing my neck no matter which setting I moved it to. So, I bought the Sparco 3 points.

Now as far as mounting goes...I do have them mounted right. I got the idea from http://www.roadraceengineering.com/3gsafety.htm I want to mount the center strap up higher, but I have to place a bar to mount it to.

It comes with the B&M Short throw...oh, it won't be there much longer. I got in the MOMO G.B. and have a new one coming!

Well, I bought both pods from another member....The customer service from Carbon-Werks sucks....If you ever got a chance to read the posts from .ORG. I baught them from a friend of mine, and they do have their problems

! Nothing a little SEAL-ALL, won't fix, but problems none the less. The clock pod came apart, so I had to fix that, then the bottom lip was coming away from the piece...So I had to glue that.

Motor kind of jumps though...must be the computer relearning everthing?? Or maybe it is because I blocked off the EGR?

It must be your Dash Kit...Mine is a Metra. It fits good except you have to do a little work to the bottom of the dash piece, so it will fit tight.

I now have my Wings West W Type Front Lip and my Shine Street Rear Lip installed. I also have the S.S. Side Skirts, but I was not impressed with the way the molded to my car, must be a different year

. So I am unsure if I will use them or not. I will have pics up soon.

Different year? The Eclipse body is the same, not matter what year it is. Shine Street quality just sucks.

I dont think the WW lip and the rest of the SS kit will flow well at all. Post some pics up and lets have a look-see.

I got the pieces from another member who got in on a G.B. from a Company call CARBON-WERKS... I am also doing business with a guy that owns a shop in Ohio who does overlays. I am sending out my Shifter Ring to have done and will keep you all posted on how good of work he does. If everyting looks great, I will see if he wantes to set up a G.B.

I would have to 1/2 agree with you on the Fit... The rear piece fit like a glove, it was just the side skirts that sucked. I could get them to work, but it would intail some Fiberglass/Bondo work and a little die-grinding.

Really, more than I wanted to do..

I am into haveing the car/body look good, but I would rather spend more of my time on making her go faster.

If I wanted to dick-around that much, I would have bought a full body kit and not just a flaired kit.
