As always Jeff, it's looking good. You went out and bought KYB's very nice, bet you can't wait to test them out on the back roads
![]() Just for everyones info, this is perhaps the cleanest black 3G I've ever seen. It needs a bath nothing more, remember its just come through winter so take it easy on the man, salt is killer. |

I am keeping those unless they get blown off. Well nothing that is as extravagent as yours or many members here, so I kinda veer away from that part of the car for now ![]() Quote:
I would but my son is driving on them now with his Caddy. I had to make a sacrifice dude. In due time. ![]() Quote:
And as far as the back roads go, you betcha I can't wait! Like I mentioned, I rushed a bit with the pics but trust me everyone, when I wash her up and clean it good, IMO it is truely a site to see! I promise to not let you guy/gals down!!

The car looks great. The suspension looks really nice, and your wheels fill in the wheel wells like a glove. Great work!

I appreciate the comments everyone. Although I haven't of yet given you all something to discuss, all feedback is appreciated! Only thing I have noticed about the new setup that I haven't experienced before is the turning radius. When I crank the wheel either far left or right, I hear like a scrubbing noise, and it's only when I hold the wheel to one side or the other for a brief moment before letting out to straighten the car.
I'll figure this out sooner or later.

FYI - The same piece is on the passenger side also. Anyhow, the easiest thing to do is dremel the plastic piece off and exposse the metal piece behind it. You can dremel that metal piece off and leave a small open square or you can hammer it in. It;s pretty pointless and I think Mitsubishi did it just to fuck with those who lower there cars. I didn't have a problem rubbing it when I had those KYB's on my car, but, as soon as I put these coilovers on, I noticed it and had to cut it off/bang it in. When you feel yours, they'll probably be kinda ripped up slightly from your tires rubbing. Mine happens more so on the passenger side but thats because the only sharp turns I ever do are to the left oddly enough. |

this is most likely the problem spot. I don't notice any rubbing through the butt or the wheel but if I look at these plastic boxes I can tell the tires have worn on them occasionally. Then again how often are you turning lock to lock, just my .02 cents.

Where have you been?!?! Doing good thanks, how about yourself? Haven't heard from you lately. Hope all is well. The kit is doing good too. Had a little few scraping incidents but I may need to do some work to tidy it up a bit

![]() That came with the car when I bought it. I want to say you can get that at your local Mitsu dealer but I think they use to have a GB for them? ![]() Quote:
Yes I do actually. Just need some time. Waiting on some things from Steve but I may need to get a hood before sides.

I've been looking into getting one of the shift knobs that Steve is making. Once I get some money into my bank account (the end of the semester is quite draining), I'll look into getting one.

Looks good. I wish I could make the rally next week. That way I can steal your tails and you won't notice
![]() Car looks great. And Crow, the first time I saw the car in pics, I didn't like the wheels either. After seeing it in person, I like them much better. |
