You lying sack of shit. That's a VIS X-GT hood, and not some C-west shit. And you did go with the design I said about except for one other thing that I am having done to mine. Oh yeah and mine finally arrived after 3 months being on backorder. Looks good though Steve. BASTARD!

I thought the Invader was just the one raised vent in the center. Isn't yours the one like the VIS Extreme GT hood?

I like the carbon fiber because it goes with the wheels, both dark, but I don't really like the design of the hood. I got to give it to you though, it looks very nice with the carbon fiber. I like how you painted the edges of it and made it flow with the rest of the car. Better then I thought and much better then stock. Still looks very clean and nicely done. Great job. Keep it up.

I just realized you have the WW spoiler. It looks great. I like the hood. It isn't quite as original as the one you sold, but it works for the car.

My car is every photo I've posted in this thread. I'm confused with what you're talking about. Are you talking about the pic with the model in my rear site over the audio setup? If so.. yes.

lol It's like what all eclipses aspire to be. I'm still just jealous about the paint. It looks pristine. My poor baby will never be a show car.

you don't stop do ya man? haha. car is gorgeous, ive said it many of times but i might as well say it again, by far my favorite on the site. even if the engine isnt heavily modified. but if you go through with the plans that your thinking of that would be incredible. your car would have it all man. now if you get the engine in place i think it would be time to see if you couldnt get some magazine cred. maybe open up the 3g modification world if you get some publication haha.

Nice Shots Hijacker, hmm have you ever thought about going dual exhaust? Also when I was looking at your hood if that color scheme came down into the front of your bumber right under your mitsu emblem you know sort of rounded off. I think it would look pretty good dont know if its possible

I'm laying CF inside the front lip and also covering the roof. I'll do the trunk and cut down the center of the bullet spoiler only leaving the "bullets" in Ultra Red Pearl. I have a spare dash thats getting ready to be completely covered in CF as I'm going to do the interior roof as well. Change out the steering wheel with a black one with CF accents on a quick release hub, and that should do it. (for now) ![]()

Beautiful machine man.
Your devotion toward your car and this club is indescribable. The time you've spent toward perfecting your ride shows, especially that beautiful color emanating from your showroom floor quality car. Constructive criticism; too much of a good thing isn't always good imho. But, seeing as how this is a showcar that presents a different case. Even so, I believe that your future "CF" plans are alittle excessive, but most, if not all, can be justified. The only ones that I have a thing with is the cf laying on the roof would seem/look alittle cheap. IMO if you decide to do a cf trunk, get the real thing, and get rid of any wing because that just complicates things and ruins the look. Inputing some of my own future plans/changes; powdercoat the gas door black, powdercoat the emblems black, idk about the paint matched mirrors - I like contrast of black, but affinity grows everytime I see it, and, lastly, I think it would look awesome to remove the ribs. All comments aside, I think your car is beautiful and a model of perfection. Although I could never strictly keep my car a showcar, I would very much enjoy keeping it in the condition the way you have yours. I'll end this with an appropriate eRep awarding and I wish you good luck in your future entrees.

You took some great photos Steve. It ceases to amaze me the different ideas you come up with. Good luck with it, and I hope to see you again at a future meet.
