I didn't. I took the seats apart and used all new material on the inserts, did both front and back seats the same way. Links fixed.. thanks.

so you reused the rest of the leather and just replaced the middle inserts? Looks great man. Ive been wanting to do that for a long time now. PM me with details and a price. We dont need to be giving all secrets away

I had those door sills made late 2006 for about $150. I'll talk it over with them on the possibility of a group buy if I was to have them make 10 sets up front.

Saw the car yesterday in Dulles it looked really nice... didn't see you though... there was another eclipse there in the other building that had all kinds of graphic and colours on it... it was too much.. i felt dizzy after looking at it for too long... it reminds me of one of those hippy-mobiles..

Ya... that guy owns some paint company and he did something over the top to "display the talent they have". I thought it looked like ass personally, but.. to each is there own I guess.

Only a handful of nice eclipses' ive seen on this site. stop putting your stock or half-ass tuned eclipses' on here. theres a right way and a wrong way to do it. this is definetly the right way. amazing job Hijacker! keeping the 3gs alive!

Looks awesome! Personally I would have painted the FG piece that holds the amps with some black accents or something, just for some contrast.

I love the way she has come out. That is my second favorite color for a 3G now (after the silver that I have of course, if that red was my first favorite, I would be going broke trying to pay for a complete paint job haha).

I've said this plenty of times, whether it be on here or over on the regional site, but your car is one of my favorites. The audio setup is amazing, the interior is similar to what I will be doing this summer to mine (except for the seats), and the molded kit is flawless. I can't wait to see it at Carlisle in a couple of weeks, and hopefully I'll get to say "Hello" to you as well.

I use it when I drive because it feels better, but for show, I use the Greddy knob since its a high polish and goes with the engine bay and lip on the wheels.

At first.. yes. But, polishing the intake plenum removed some surface height on it (very little of course) and I also used a small washer on each bolt the strut mounts to so it would be lifted up about 1/8" or so. I barely clears the plenum, but it works.

Best of all, it matches the rear.

Personally I would have painted the FG piece that holds the amps with some black accents or something, just for some contrast. I love the way she has come out. That is my second favorite color for a 3G now (after the silver that I have of course, if that red was my first favorite, I would be going broke trying to pay for a complete paint job haha). __________________
