I like the color.

 

I think you should have painted the whole hood. It doesn't look right with such a bright color. Also, what's up with the black line on the bottom of the sides?

 

well, to each his own. ive never had anybody that saw it in person tell me they didnt like it, not to mention i dig it :wiggle: and the black lines, well thats an interesting story. the guy that painted my car i guess didnt want to mess with the weathering shit on the bottom so he left it black from there down. lip kit available for cheap anybody??:cool2:

 

if you wanna get rid of that black line eyesore you can buy my ww sides and paint match them nice color though

I really like the wheels that you have. They look great! I'd also like to see some engine bay shots, and if you've dynoed it, what numbers are you throwing down?

 

the black on the side skirts make it look a lot higher than it is. otherwise its fine

 

dawn that car looks to high with the black paint and put some pics of the enginem.

 

thanks for the comments and feedback everybody. once i get some time to clean the shit out of it(since its a mess right now ) ill have some more pics with the engine bay also and ill get the dyno sheet on but warning its not very impressive. as most of you know, if not all, the dougs junk'o power kit didnt perform even close to what it was supposed to. :mecry:

yea i agree. color looks hot, although you shouldve just left the carbon fiber hood unpainted but looks good :twothumb:

 

That looks pretty damn sweet! I think the hood is cool, unique. I dont know if its the photo itself or what, but if the black part of the hood could be darker to match the canvas top, it would blend in better. The pics make the hood seem a little lighter black then the top/wheels. But still, thats just being picky on my part. Great job! :twothumb:

 

I think for them most part it looks really good. I think you should have kept the pillars black to kind of flow with the hood. A wings west lip kit would look awesome on your car along with some smoked turn signals. Get them engine bay pics up, i want to see how it looks. lol. But anyways good job on it and keep up the great work.

 

I agree it looks better than i thought. I have to side with just painting it yellow would have been hot. IMO the eclipse doesnt need to much extra visuals just things to subtley (is that a word lol) enhance what is already there. But to each his own. A WW kit or SS kit would really set it off.

Personally, if I didn't want all the yellow on the hood, I'd paint the unpainted part black to match better (not like it makes much of a difference, though.)

Besides that, I think the modding is tasteful and I can't wait to see pics if you put a lip kit on it!

Have you considered getting smoked turn signals and/or painting the spoiler black?

This particular shot makes the hood look longer; make me think of an S2K for some reason :dunno:

You need to do something with the front turn signals, and like everyone else said, needs a kit...

thanks for all the comments. i did just buy some side skirts and hopefully will have them on within the next month. so no more black bottoms soon! and im just curious about anybodys opinion on a carbon fiber front lip?

 

I think you should go with the Wings West Lip kit imo. It would look really clean. I think a carbon fiber lip would just take away from that clean look.
