hey how did you install the steering rack boot? the inner part of the tie rod its so hard to do.

You will need an alignment. That was the whole reason I couldn't get one. Firestone won't do an alignment (I had a lifetime alignment so it was gonna be free.) They said inner tie rod was bad and we're charging $500 for labor and parts. F* that, got my parts from autozone, I did it myself, came back and got my free alignment. GL to you I hope all goes well.

thanks for sending me that link. firestone was $250 for me to get mine replaced to pass inspections.

if i do it and everything is right after its done, was it safe to drive? i will do it if i know its safe and when they do the allignment do they check it then too?

this must of been that clanging noise everytime i turned.

what size are your wheels? i was looking for 18 x 8 but there is no option for an offset..is this a problem?
