Im assuming you should be good. Im running 18x8 +35, so a larger wheel but same offset and width. My clearance is fine. That being said I'm not on aftermarket suspension, are you?
The copper tube was just big enough to slide onto the plastic shift lock stick. It fit very tight and then I put a larger tube over the whole post that was large enough to slide up and down the post. I connected the two together and then screwed the shift knob to that. To shift out of park you just pushed down on the shift knob. I now have a manual so I don't have pictures or anything to take of the automatic setup.
