72 Nova SS

That's Super Sleeper

Looks fairly normal and aged to the untrained eye from the outside right?

But hiding under the hood is this...

Trunk

And the surprise at the strip when this clucker pulls up..

I think we've just met the anti-rice.

The 10 point cage kind of gives things away, as does what looks like a mini-tub based on the big tires on the back.

This one is one of my favorite sleepers:

Even has a bench seat!:

From this article:http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...reetsleeperII/

And it had gone 9.9@140.

Although now that I've read over the article, they did do a sweet job hiding everything - love the IC hidden in the fenders. And the ratty front bench seat too, lol!

Also nice shot of their 6 second LSx drag car back there too Wheel 2 Wheel has a sweet ass shop man.

Everytime I see a laptop in a car, I can't help but have flashbacks of the stupid "MANIFOLD FAILURE" message from Fast & Furious

Lol well when you ask a 1980s era ECU, with the computational power less than that of a TI-82, to control 30+lbs of boost things tend to go boom (just ask most Star/Quest owners!). Alot of the single digit GNs switch to laptop standalones to control things.
