Custom Ideas
Hello Club3G. Since this is the most talented group of photoshoppers I have ever seen I would like o make a request. I know that some people here (basically everyone) hate body kits. I hate them as well. Which is why I am thinking of creating my own custom 3G bumper. I know most of you will say not a good idea. And your right. If this fails I will end up just buying an SS kit for my car. But please help me and give me some feedback on my idea. (sorry for long write up.
First one is an old evo bumper. I flipped my picture so it would match the angle. ![]() ![]() Second is the 3000Gt bumper. ![]() ![]() ![]() Third is if you guys can put a lip on the bak of the 3G ![]() ![]() And last is would you be able to put these headlights on both completed photoshops. ![]() ![]() Thank you very much Club3G. -Adrienne Last edited by ADRIENNE; 07/25/2012 at 01:20 PM. |

Following the stickied rule and being polite, do you truly have intentions on making a bumper from a different car fit? And if so, how? Do you have an idea of the expense?

I intend on getting an old bumper. Covering the whole thing with some kin of mold or bondo and then "sculpting" it to get the look. Itd be too expensive to import a bumper from an evo that was never created or sold in the US.so basically Im not taking the bumper. Im just taking the design of it.

This could turn out kind of interesting, I would think the 3000GT design idea would flow better since its more rounded. I don't have the PS skills really required to help though unfortunately

I know what you're talking about in regards to just molding the shape you want out of fiberglass or something. That's actually what I plan on doing but I'm just going to make my own design instead of taking a direct design from another car/kit. Anyways, I think it's definitely doable and shouldn't be too expensive. If you do end up doing, I'm looking forward to some progress pics
