Code P0141.

ok did a search and none of the info is clear to me.I have a o2 Sim on the sensor on the back side of the headers and the one that was on the DP I exteneded to go behind the cat and I was throwing P0161 and P0141 now Im only throwing P0141 and dont understand why.I connected the wires 1 at a time with a New Bosch o2 the colors were differant but i just connected each wire to its original location I soldered the connections and Electric taped the hell out of it.If some one can please give me some help how to get this code gone.

I tried..

I used my Actron OBDII Scanner to erase the codes
I Dissconnected the Battery for 20 minutes after 2 starts it throws a code.
