No fuel pressure and no spark. Help please...

Recently replaced the transmission in my 01 Spyder GT 5 Speed. Then I went out for a drive and during the drive, less than 200 yards out, my CEL came on and it misfired, however the misfire went away almost instantly. Then the car stalled. I think I ran out of gas. So went and got a gallon, not a biggie. Filled 'er up and no start. All it does is crank.

I checked the fuel pressure; None.
I checked the spark; None.

NO CEL. Also plugged my scanner up to it and my scanner is saying that it cannot establish a link with the vehicle. Which leads me to believe one thing, ECU fried or something with immobilizer maybe?

Any suggestions or further tests that I can do to determine the fault is in the ECU?

Thanks.

I would check the Crankshaft position sensor, i had the same problems about a year ago and thats what it was. If you think its the ECU is have one from a 01 gt 5spd.

No, Its not the CPS, if it was the CPS it would still give me fuel pressure, but no spark. But I am getting no spark and no fuel pressure, and my obd2 scanner says "cant establish a link with the vehicle" and works just fine with other cars. So this leads me to think its my ecu.

And PM me a shipped price to 95382 on that ECU. With a super homie 3g club member discount haha. Or we can do a part swap. Let me know.

My oxygen sensor was blowing the engine fuse out. The reason why is because of my ripp lt headers I had to extend my sensors. So the wires got burned from the exhaust heat and bare wires were touching. Replacing the sensor solved it.
