Electric problem

So my battery was drain because there was a short. When I open my hood I hear 5 of the 30amps(or 20) relays clicking and my headlights flashing but the car is turn off. If I disconnect the relays and plug them back usually goes away for a while but comes back to the same problem. Anyone with a similar problem or any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
By the way car is a 2000 eclipse gt 100% stock.

as for relays yeah i replaced mine and still get the clicking but fixed my headlights flashing. asfor the the short if you dont wanna pay to have it checked get a ohm meter. Look up or message me on how to check for a short. Its not that hard to find what circuit is causeing it. The broke wire might be.

I do have an ohms meter. It might be a single wire connecting them all, I have to check the schematic but is juts a weird issue.

Well it does not have a drain. Is more like on and off at random times that the flashing happens and the 5 relays start clicking.

Are you sure the alarm is not causing it?

I think it could be related. But no sound just the flashing. And why would the alarm go off randomly?

hit the panic button on your key fob, if your lights flash without the horn sounding off its probably just your alarm going off, the horn isnt sounding because there is a bad connection between the connector and the horn, and my 2000 gs had the alarm going off randomly, draining my battery, i read somewhere to remove the underhood sensor (by the l strut tower, has a rubber cap on it) would solve the random alarm problem, i unhooked it and havent had a problem since
