2003 GS won't crank.

I have an 03 GS with 246k miles. Manual transmission.

When I insert the key and turn it, nothing happens. The only reaction from the car is dinging to tell me the door is open, and the key is in it. The radio does not turn on.

What I have done:
Replaced Starter. The old starter tested bad, and I replaced it. When I removed it, it had only one bolt in it, and the other, top bolt was just laying on the engine. The starter had marks on the nose cone where it had been smacking the engine when I started the car.

Replaced starter relay and ignition switch (the ignition switch, not the lock cylinder). I have tested the battery. I have continuity from positive battery to starter solenoid, and negative battery to starter case. I have checked every fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay, and the passenger compartment fuse box. I have unplugged the clutch safety switch, and tried starting that way.

Any Ideas?

Does the car have an aftermarket alarm module under the dash? Nothing at all happens when the key is turned to crank? Not even a single loud clunk/click from the starter?

No aftermarket alarms, and no clunk. No reaction when I turn the key to the on position. No CEL or ABS lights come on, and the Odometer stays dark.

Sounds like you're not getting power to all systems. Do the turn signals work, wipers work, etc? Basically you need to make a list of all the things not working with key on that should work with key on, then look at a power distribution diagram and see what they all have in common, a fuse or fuse link or a common point from which they all take power in a fuse box somewhere. It could be a blown fuse or a rotten power feed wire somewhere. With high miles rotten wiring becomes more common, especially under hood.
