Bad ass runs dude. It's not everyday that you see a 3G beating a viper at the drag strip.

no, n/a!
those things can out handle a 3g easily on a turn. dunnville is a track where turning is all that matters.. power really doesnt help!

I know that not very many people have gotten to the power levels you have, actually, noone that I know of has and as far as internals have just had to upgrade stuff like rods and pistons. I think you said something about hitting 650whp. How much power do you think you can make before the strength of the stock crankshaft is an issue??

the LSD is great on the track, but for drag i would use a KAAZ lsd because it locks right from the line. the only problem with the KAAZ is mainteance (ie changing the transmission oil every 5000 km)
the strength of the crankshaft shouldnt be an issue. i mean i hear of people hitting 1000hp on the stock crank.

People hitting 1000hp on a 4g64?? I've never hear of that. I just know because I know of a few people with forged cranks in 4g63's that are making around 600whp, and i know they make em for 4g63s and other 4 cylinder motors that for the most part never see 1000hp.
I'll prolly be gettin a KAAZ lsd then I guess if I swap my tranny, which it looks like I will be doing, since for the most part the only racing i'll be doing is drag racing. Can't find a 5spd trans anywhere though. You know of a good place to buy a KAAZ? And maybe a good place to find a transmisson? haha I'll prolly end up searching local junkyards.

Hahaha, yeah, I don't really care too much. I basically want my car to be a drag car, that I can drive on the street.

The amount of lock up can be taylored on how you stack the plates in the diff. The more aggressively you set it up, the better it would be for drag racing, but the worse it would make it for cornering.
