Taillight troubles

I've got an 01 Spyder, and it seems I have an electronic issue going on with my one light. I thought the bulb just burnt and swapped it out for a fresh one, but it still doesn't want to light up. If I hit my brake it does, hazards work, and backup's all come on, but just turning on my headlights doesn't light up the main light or the one on the back fender. Someone said it might be my relay, but I'm really not sure so I'm coming to the experts on this before I go take it to a shop and drop big bucks.

From what I saw the fuses looked good, then again I really wasn't sure which fuse to be looking at in that

I would clean out the metal bulb housings and grease them with electrical anti-corrosive grease, probably some corrosion going on there.. And also make sure it's the right type of bulb. It has to be a dual filament type

I made sure it was the right bulb when I grabbed it, someone warned me about the dual filament. I cleaned out the housing when I pulled the bulb but I didn't grease it or anything like that.

If both the rear side marker and the tail light bulb are not working, the problem lies farther up. Possibly a short or a break in the wire.

I went over both fuse boxes and everything looked good to me, I'm banking at this point for a break or something in the wires

The wire you would need to check would be the green wire with a white stripe.

Do your gauges work? If yes the the break is somewhere between the kick panel where all the wires are, and along the drivers side rocker panel to the tail light.

Also can you be a bit more specific? I'm assuming from what i can understand the problem is the parking lights don't come on in both tail lights and both side marker lights?
