It's the strip in the door panel. This "How to" specifically applies to 2003 - 2005 models only.
It took me less than a couple of hours to finish the project. It is not the hardest thing to do at all. The cost should be less than $20.
Surely worth the time and money.

Materials needed:
Washers
Screws
Carbon Fiber vinyl sticker from Autozone or Ebay OR real CF as Hijacker recommends - will require a few extra steps.
Clear coating - spray
Sand paper 800/400
Tools needed:
Screw Drivers
Scissors
Towel
Wire cutter
Steps:
1. Take the panel off.
2. Once the panel is off, take the three washers-like locks holding the inner-pannel. [pictured]
3. Now, you should have access to plastics mounts, holding the strip to it's place. [pictured] Take those out by carefully popping/cutting the heads off. - do not ruin the lower part, you will need them later.
4. Strip should fall off the piece. Sand them down and make sure to clean the dust off. With sanded and smooth surface, you can apply the CF vinyl sticker. The corners are tricky, but cutting on the right place will fix that.
5. After applying the sticker, clear coat them to make sure they'll shine longer and also to make sure the corners of the sticker won't peel off. I did two coatings. Let it dry.
6. Now that the sticker is on and clear coating is dried. Time to put them back on. Start with shaving the rest of the plastic mounts down until it levels up to the top of the outer panel. [pictured]
7. Now using the washers and screws. Reattach the strip back to the piece. Careful in screwing them in, you don't want to break the plastic.
8. Put the panel back on, lock it using the same washer-like locks to keep it in.
9. Then paint that stupid navy blue vinyl! - Hijacker said, DYE it! so listen to him and DYE it. - go bother him as to what kind though.
10. Then you're done.
Hope this was helpful.
