eclipse upgrades, 180a alt, 3000w audio, 2/0 awg big 3 10ga led wire harness, COPPER

been working on this non stop for months as i'm in the process of losing my home and soon wont have a place to tinker on my car

finished my 3000w kicker system, removed all the CCA and replaced it with 1/0 pure copper welding cable from battery to amps, what a difference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOFMIgH2mxg removed my sealed box and replaced with a ported box, moved amps to the rear ---- i have a complete infinity 7 speaker, tweeter. + AMP for sale $100 + shiping) everything works perfect, i just removed all of it, amp has mitsubishi harness - contact me

added a 64gb usb drive with 9,500 mp3's on top of my pandora, iheart & aha tuning.... enough music for 140 years

new tires mastercraft 215/50/R17 installed out the door $280 at wally world

tinted my H1 led fog lights chameleon yellow for $3 https://i.imgur.com/V33ltOR.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/wGrxur8.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/hDx2gIC.jpg

replaced 85amp alternator with a 180a alternator, i have a brand new 85a alternator for sale $70 (2005 mitsubishi eclipse gt 3.0L manual) this upgrade was for my headlight dimming when the bass hit, it didn't solve the issue lol, 3000 watts is a lot i guess https://i.imgur.com/NLH0PR4.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/O2XQthJ.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/vEfLo75.jpg and yes that red cable is a 2/0 gauge pure copper 600 volt cable balls big balls https://i.imgur.com/ZPGz7RY.jpg

upgraded my big 3, removed all the 0 gauge CCA and replaced with 2/0 pure copper welding cable, holy shit that THICC cable....that stopped my headlights from dimming, i also made the cable myself saving some bucks (how to crimp your own 2/0 gauge big 3)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnOPQRpH9x4 https://i.imgur.com/uvRpX8H.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/ZPGz7RY.jpg

and last night i pulled the 22 gauge wire out of my lightbar and rebuilt the entire wire harness using 10 gauge pure copper, about to go install it now, i did that b/c i had wir sitting around, and i think th 22ga wire pulling 250+ watts of LED was insanely underrated chinese crap, by the way it was CCA https://i.imgur.com/2SZYn7i.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/gk4jhch.jpg

High output alternators often make less amperage than stock do at speeds near idle or at idle speed, they do make more power but only at higher speeds. You'd need to change the pulley ratio between the crank and alternator usually with a smaller pulley however that will spin the alternator faster which will accelerate bearing wear, heat buildup, and shorten the alternator life. Not to mention the issues with the alternator being able to physically handle being spun faster without coming apart.
