High/rough idle please help!

I have a 2001 rs 2.4l, I’ve replaced just about everything on this car.. a brand new motor with 0 miles, all new motor mounts, new intake system, new headers, a new exhaust, new plugs and wires, I just ordered a new egr valve praying it’ll fix my issue, but even before I replaced the engine the damn thing has a rough idle and at time it will idle at around 2k! I sprayed with carb cleaner and couldn’t find any vacuum leaks, if anyone has found the problem for this please let me know!

What data-logging a have you done? If you don't know what your LTFTs, Throttle position, ISC steps, and target idle speed you are wasting your time.

You have to use that information to then adjust the idle screw properly. Or just see where the screw is set at. Might have a vacuum leak.

There are datalog programs online that use the OBD2 port. I use EVOScan, but the are other programs out there.
