Exclamation Stripped screws on IAC - '02 GT Spyder

I've run into the an idle issue (which seems to be a common issue based on searching IAC on here).
I see the most common solution has been to clean it, but this is where I run into a problem.
The 3 screws that secure the IAC are all stripping with the slightest amount of force applied. I will likely have to drill out the screws, but I have found no documentation anywhere on what size screws these are or where to get replacements.
Does anyone know the screw size, or where I can get a replacement before I destroy these to get the IAC out and cleaned?

Thanks in advance.

Go to the nearest yard and get the screws. Unless got money then head to the dealer.
