Subframe

I hit a curb going 10 15 mph and my rear driver side wheel is pushed in cound this cause my rear subframe to Bend or brake. A mechanic said it was ripped off I think hes full of shit

10 - 15 is a hard hit. I can't see it being "ripped off" but it may be damaged and need to be replaced. Simple answer is to get the car in the air and have him show you what's up.

The rear subframe is stamped sheet metal. You absolutely bent or tore it hitting a curb at 10-15.
