I have a 2000 gt and when ever I put it in reverse the engine jumps a little making the cabin jump too. Also when ever I sit in drive the whole car starts shaking. Could it be the motor mounts going bad? It jumps worse after I've been driving for a while.

im replacing my motor mounts on my 2000 eclipse and I already have the rear one and the driver side one under the battery done, but my passenger side one the bolt is just coming off instead off the whole screw im not very motor mount savvy anyone have a suggestion or two?

UPDATE: Changed the motor mounts out, the sound went away. :bigthumb: Well I finally got my SDS back from RIPP so I spent all day yesterday working on my car. The plan was to change all 4 engine mounts, finally install my meth pump, and put the SDS back on. All that got done was the engine...

i'm going to jump to around 10-12psi and was wondering if i should change the motor mounts on my car. i know with a 5 speed it's a good decision but i was wondering if on my automatic if it is just a waste of money or if it'll prevent many other problems. is there any other mods i should look...
